Specially designed for coating snack products such as date bars, cookies, and cakes, this chocolate dipping machine delivers even single or double-sided coverage with precision. Its modular structure allows flexible integration into various production lines, while the precision scraper and flow-guiding system ensure uniform chocolate adhesion—even on rough or porous surfaces—to perfectly seal in fillings and flavor.

The temperature control system is accurate and stable, with variation kept within ±1°C, making it suitable for dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and functional coating materials. The independently adjustable conveyor height and speed accommodate products of different thicknesses and hardness levels, with a maximum single-line output of up to 2 tons per day.

Constructed entirely from food-grade stainless steel with easy-to-disassemble components, the machine complies with HACCP standards. Optional pre-cooling modules and automatic topping systems are available, providing a complete solution for value-added snack processing—breathing refined new texture into traditional treats.
